Corporate partnership - Niche Financial Services

From January to April 2022, they will be supporting Cerebral Palsy Cymru by providing us with a complimentary 2 week space on their M4 facing 32sqm digital billboard, organising a team fundraiser in aid of us and helping raise awareness of the work we do to provide therapy and support to children and families across Wales living with cerebral palsy.  

Niche have been providing independent financial advice to clients from the South Wales area since 2005. Their team of independent financial advisers have access to the whole of the financial market and are able to tailor their advice to meet the specific situational needs of their clients.  They were awarded ‘Best Financial Adviser To Work For’ in 2019, 2020 and 2021, and we are thrilled that they have decided to partner with us for the next four months.  

Chloe Behen, the company’s Paraplanner & Platform Manager, decided to set up the Charity of the Quarter initiative at the start of 2022, and nominated Cerebral Palsy Cymru to be Niche’s first charity partner for the scheme.  

My cousin has cerebral palsy and benefited from the services that Cerebral Palsy Cymru (previously Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales) offered when she was younger. Since then, it has been a charity that’s close to my family’s heart, and we have taken part in fundraising activities such as their charity lottery over the years. When I had an opportunity to further celebrate the work that the charity does, I wanted to make the most of it!”

In setting up the Charity of the Quarter initiative, Chloe aims to help a number of charities alongside the company’s partner charities.

Approximately 120,000 vehicles a day drive past our advertising billboard and the number of users that we are reaching on our social media pages is growing, so we wanted to use these platforms and help local charities by providing them with this advertising space to help them share the good work that they do! As a team we love getting involved in charity work and every charity we feature has been nominated by a member of the team or a client."

When Chloe got in touch with me to let me know that we had been nominated as their first Charity of the Quarter for 2022, I was delighted! As a charity, we are unable to afford premium marketing platforms such as Niche’s digital billboard that overlooks the M4 corridor between Cardiff and Newport, so to have the opportunity to have a space on there during Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month this coming March will be excellent. We are also thrilled that the team at Niche will be fundraising for us throughout the partnership, and we can’t wait to see what activities and ideas they come up with!"
