Natasha Elliott joins our team as our new Family Support Coordinator

April 23 2024

Meet Natasha Elliott, our new Family Support Coordinator who will be working alongside our Family Support Coordinator and founding parent, Glenys Evans!

Below, Natasha shares with us her connection to Cerebral Palsy Cymru and what her new role entails.

Could you tell us a little bit about yourself and your connection to Cerebral Palsy Cymru?

I’m Natasha Elliott and have been connected to Cerebral Palsy Cymru for 10 years. My connection to the charity comes from my daughter Amelia, who has cerebral palsy and has been accessing the centre for therapy since she was 8 months old.

Could you explain what your new role is at Cerebral Palsy Cymru?

My new role at Cerebral Palsy Cymru is Family Support Coordinator, where I will be working alongside Glenys. I am here to support families in any way that I can, at whatever point of their journey they may be at.

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

I am most looking forward to meeting our families and hopefully being able to support them in the way we have been supported as a family over all the years we have been coming to Cerebral Palsy Cymru.

How has the experience working at Cerebral Palsy Cymru been so far?

I have had the warmest of welcomes, everybody here has been so kind (and patient) with me. I feel very privileged to have been given this amazing opportunity and become part of such an amazing charity and organisation.

Is there anything else you would like to add for our readers?

Just to let all our families know that we are always here if they need us 😊
